Develop effective sales plans to ensure quarterly targets are met
Forge/maintain strong relationships with new/existing key customers
Plan, manage and monitor payments collections with new/existing customers
Maintain awareness of the business climate & trends to ensure that the product portfolio remains attractive & relevant
Manage the project team from assignment of tasks, performance appraisals and recruiting of new staff members
Monitor competitors’ activities, strategies & come up with relevant plans to stay ahead of them
rovide regular, comprehensive updates to BOD

Job Reqirements

Bachelor Degree in various perspectives, preferably in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years sales management experience in engineering field
Ability to work with diverse product offerings.
Excellent Sales & Communication skills
Excellent Supervisor skills: Coaching/ mentoring experience with less experienced staffs
Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
Highly energetic, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure

Conceptualization of lighting designs/themes
Preparation and presentation of lighting mock-ups and design
Perform Lux Calculation of rooms and buildings
Oversee project management and coordinate with all relevant parties to meet deadlines

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering or any relevant industry
Minimum 1 year working experience with background in Lighting Design
Knowledge of Design soft-wares Examples: Autocard, Dialux, Photoshop, Viz

Responsible in financial control, costing, budgeting & forecasting and monthly reporting
Monitor the day to day financial operations
Monitoring Month-End and Year-End closing & audit issues.
Manage the preparation of the company's budget
Prepare and on-time delivery of financial reports and taxation.
Perform a final check for payment & receipt vouchers.
Prepare debtor confirmation, creditor confirmation and bank reconciliation.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience
Must have B. Com., CPA or Any Bachelor Degree with LCCI Level III and management accounting or equivalent to ACCA Part II
Able to use Microsoft Office and Accounting Software well.
A good team player and can lead the juniors well.
